Tom started at Progressive AE 16 years ago. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is registered as a Professional Engineer in 24 states.
Grand Rapids, Mich. – Progressive AE is pleased to announce that Bryan Cook, Juergen Dietrichson and Timothy Smith have joined the firm.
Cook joins the firm as Graduate Architect after spending the last four and a half years at ABE Associates. Dietrichson spent the last four years at Martins Design in Massachusetts, and also joins as a Graduate Architect. Smith joins as a Structural Project Designer after recently graduating from Milwaukee School of Engineering with a Masters degree in Structural Engineering as well as a Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering.

Grand Rapids, Mich. – Progressive AE is pleased to announce that David Shull, AIA, has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager/Client Leader.
Shull has over 27 years of experience in project management and business development. He specializes in developing Lean processes for design and construction, and applying them to complex projects with aggressive schedules. Shull is a Registered Architect in the State of Michigan. He is also a licensed member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Kingshott has over 33 years of experience in the Mechanical and Plumbing Design Industry. He joins the firm as a Senior Mechanical Technician. Mersman specializes in HVAC and has over 11 years of experience in the industry. He joins the firm as a Mechanical Engineer.

Grand Rapids, Mich. – Progressive AE’s Thomas Kingshott, CPD, is Western Michigan’s Plumbing Person of the Year, as awarded by the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) West Michigan Chapter.
The award has been given out by the ASPE every year since 1990. This year’s winner was determined by Western Michigan ASPE’s current president, Gordon Berridge.
