This 120 megawatt combined cycle natural gas power plant project develops a resource, creates a destination, and enhances the Holland gateway. While overcoming a challenging brownfield site, the Holland Energy Park anticipates recognition as the first platinum certified power plant using Envision rating system of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, and also utilizes 100% waste heat for offices. The surrounding site is developed as a community park with scenic overlooks, water features and bike paths and is planned as a natural segue to other community trails.
