Bill leverages decades of experience as an architect, project manager, and owner’s representative to successfully manage the firm’s growing number of large-scale projects. He combines design and construction expertise with strategic insights and stakeholder leadership to thoughtfully navigate complex project types.  

As the director of project delivery, Bill provides oversight for daily operations on project work while guiding and mentoring future leaders. He is highly skilled in facility evaluations, needs assessments, planning, and implementation.  

Driven by a commitment to exceptional client service, Bill has earned the opportunity to work with notable clients such as Corewell Health, DeVos Place Convention Center, Ferris State University, Grand Action Foundation, Grand Valley State University, McLaren Health Care, Michigan State University, Trinity Health, and the Van Andel Institute.  

Bill prides himself on developing lasting, trusting relationships with clients. In fact, he is entering his fourth decade working with Corewell Health and Grand Action and has been a trusted advisor to the Van Andel Institute for the better part of three decades.  

“Looking at projects holistically helps me plan and prepare for a variety of circumstances,” says Bill. “This approach gives clients peace of mind as we work through complex projects together.”

Bill has been a licensed architect for 34 years, a certified LEED AP professional for 20 years, and has recently achieved the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification. He has had the privilege of working on numerous projects receiving awards from the local and national chapters of AIA, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and Masonry Institute.
