Crystal has provided construction administration, design and conceptual visioning, technical detailing, client leadership, and team coordination on a range of complicated projects. She acts as a strategic partner, clearly communicating client needs to the team and ensuring their unique organizational goals are kept front and center throughout the life of the project. Crystal is a strong team-based leader with the ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively.
