Doug leverages over two decades of program design and delivery experience to help clients efficiently execute go-to-market strategies across the nation. By keeping client goals and objectives top-of-mind, Doug designs targeted solutions to quickly meet today’s demands while remaining flexible enough to accommodate tomorrow’s unforeseen challenges.  

As a consultative partner, Doug works with national, regional, and local clients to roll-out multiple projects over an identified time-period. His extensive knowledge in designing and managing programs helps navigate complexities, overcome obstacles, and streamline the process – ensuring clients open doors as quickly as possible.  

Often faced with tight deadlines and an expansive geographic reach, clients need additional resources. With a dedication to client service and a collaborative approach, Doug leverages his multidisciplinary team to ensure all stakeholders are supported and empowered to succeed. This team remains committed to the client and the project for the lifespan of the work.
