Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in engineering design, project management, team leadership, and community outreach.  He is responsible for leading, growing, and mentoring our national team of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.  Jeff leads with a people-focus that centers around education, integration, and process improvement that drives performance-based design solutions and validated results.  He has experience with most project types, including municipal, mixed-use, industrial, education, office, and retail.  Jeff has been recognized as Engineer of the Year in both North Carolina and Florida, has spoken nationally on leadership, and has been published in multiple magazines.
