Karen Karatkiewicz

With over 25 years’ experience, Karen confidently leads the firm’s brand management, corporate communications, and practice line marketing. As a highly collaborative leader and member of the management team, she regularly engages across business functions, operations, practice development, and project teams.

Karen is a passionate storyteller and communicator, as well as an organized and detail-oriented project manager. She champions a variety of internal and external initiatives, and prides herself on seeing things through to successful completion. Whether it’s developing a multichannel marketing campaign, generating thought leadership content strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions, or navigating the uncertainty of change, Karen artfully keeps things fun and engaging.  

Eager to learn and expand her knowledge, Karen became a certified Prosci Change Management Professional (CMP), as well as a certified facilitator for FranklinCovey's Speed of Trust and Unconscious Bias programs. She helped launch a robust firm-wide training initiative, and continues to champion and reinforce the content. Karen is a trusted resource and mentor for all levels of the organization.
