2015Responsible for the remodeling of an existing two-story office building into a 34 one and two-bedroom apartment building with an additional two stories on top of it. This private developer housing project was funded with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and also included an 18 car parking garage. The two-story open atrium space included a 2,700 square foot exterior garden courtyard.
Objective
The remodel and addition of a 2-story office building into 4-story apartment building with ground floor commercial leasing space and resident parking garage.
Outcome
The resulting project was 34 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments multidimensional building, housing 65,883 square feet.
