Responsible for design, documentation and construction administration of this 33,000 square foot, 36 unit, four story apartment building located on the west side of Grand Rapids. Alpine and Leonard is a mix of one and two bedroom, low income and market rate apartments aimed at young professionals with a desire to live in a historic Grand Rapids neighborhood. Progressive AE also provided documentation and support for Alpine and Leonard to earn the State of Michigan’s Low Income Housing Tax Credits, without which the project couldn’t have been built.
The construction of a 4-story mixed use building with ground floor commercial leasing space, resident amenities, three floors of one and two-bedroom affordable apartment units and a roof top patio.
