Responsible for the design of Baker College’s two-story Culinary Institute of Michigan. As part of a larger multi-phase, $27,000,000 public-private partnership development, Phase 1 was completed in 2013 and Phase 2 is currently slated for completion August of 2016.

Objective

The new construction of housing for Baker College Culinary Institute of Michigan students.

Outcome

Phase 1 of the Baker College student housing resulted in a two-story apartment complex, housing furnished 16 two-bedroom units with full kitchens and laundry facilities.
