Partnering with Studios Architecture, Progressive AE  brought local knowledge and years of workplace expertise to achieve the demanding schedule and cutting-edge design for MetLife’s Retail Headquarters. A workplace prototype that MetLife intends to roll out to other company locations, the design aligns the expanding regional office with the national brand.

By integrating focus rooms, break areas, and meeting rooms into the otherwise open floor plan, the design creates a flexible workspace that enables a variety of ways of working.
