Provided design and documentation for this 75,000+ SF, 64-unit, 4½- story condominium development in downtown Ludington with values per unit of $285,000. Located adjacent to a public park and marina, amenities include underground parking and storage, clubhouse, pool, and an outdoor Jacuzzi tub. Phase One was completed in June 2006, with Phase Two completed shortly thereafter in July 2006. Phase Three construction was completed in May of 2007. The final Phase Four was completed in June of 2009.

Objective

Provide a modern multi-story condominium building in downtown Ludington, Michigan in order to revitalize the area by increasing residences. Additionally, the commercial properties needed to be designed to accommodate both long-term residence and short-term vacation rentals.

Outcome

The resulting project is a four-story constructed building accommodating 64 condominium units, most with balconies. Additionally, a 102 heated space subterranean parking lot was designed below grade for resident use as well as a heated pool, hot tub and owner’s clubhouse.
