Diamond Place will be a mixed-use development, centered around 165 one and two bedroom apartments of mixed income housing to help transform an industrial corridor of the Midtown neighborhood into a thriving community, adjacent to downtown. Residential units in this four-story development mask a parking ramp at the site’s edge, creating a large public courtyard and gathering space. In addition to housing, this development will provide almost 25,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, including a new urban grocery.
